Terms of Service

Fikra Studio is a small team of independent developers (“we”, “us”). By using this website or the apps we make, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using our work

Use the website and apps only for lawful purposes. Don’t misuse them, disrupt them, or try to access them in ways you’re not meant to.

2. Intellectual property

The content, branding and code here are ours or our licensors’ and are protected by law. Third-party assets are listed on the Credits page under their own licenses.

3. Project work

If we build something for you, who owns what (and how it’s licensed) is set out in the separate written agreement we sign for that project. These Terms don’t override that agreement.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Our apps may offer paid subscriptions, billed through Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in the Google Play Store (Subscriptions); cancelling stops future renewals but keeps your access until the current period ends.

5. Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or change of mind. Any refund that is granted is handled at Google’s discretion under the Google Play refund policy.

6. “As is”

The website and apps are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or apps.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continuing to use the site or apps after a change means you accept the update.

9. Problems & disputes

We're independent developers, and we'd rather fix a problem than argue about it. If something goes wrong with an app or a purchase, email us first at hello@fikrastudio.xyz — we read everything and we'll do our best to sort it out quickly. Nothing in these Terms takes away any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the country you live in.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse our apps, other users, or these Terms. You can stop using our apps and delete your account at any time.
